HIALEAH, Fla. – Police have arrested a former Hialeah summer camp director accused of soliciting a 13-year-old girl to commit lewd and lascivious acts.
Raphael Rivero, 26, worked part-time for the Hialeah's Education and Community Services Department for the past five years. He has since been fired.

Hialeah police say Rivero thought he was going to meet a 13-year-old girl who attended the summer camp at a Muvico Theater on June 12, but he was greeted by officers instead.
Rivero admitted to police that he had asked the girl to send him nude photos and that he intended to kiss her at the movie theater.
He faces four counts of crimes against a minor.
