HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Jonathan Borrero, 29, has made two appearances at the Broward County Courthouse in the last two days, after allegedly performing sex acts on a teenager.
Borrero was arrested Tuesday on multiple counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious battery.
At his bond hearing Thursday, it was revealed that Borrero allegedly met the 15-year-old victim at a Starbucks on Young Circle in Hollywood. He allegedly lured her to his house where he performed sexual acts on her. The victim did not report the alleged abuse, but she did tell a friend who then told police.
Friday morning, Borrero was back in court on an unrelated charge. In that case, he is charged with false imprisonment and another type of lewd act. He is currently being held at the Broward County Jail on $225,000 bond.
