Police on Wednesday arrested two teenagers accused of stealing more than $11,000 worth of lingerie from the Victoria's Secret at Sawgrass Mills Mall.
Police charged 17-year-old Daniel Espinosa and 16-year-old Angel Herrera with grand theft.
On Nov. 23, the pair stole 300 pieces of Dream Angels thongs, police said, and that on Dec. 13, they stole 175 pairs of women's underwear.
On Dec. 20, they tried stealing 375 pairs of women's underwear but were spotted by an employee, police said. They pushed the employee to the ground and ran off, leaving underwear behind.
Someone who saw video of the suspects on local news contacted police and named Espinosa and Herrera, according to an arrest affidavit. Espinosa confessed to police that he and Herrera committed the three thefts.
