A bank robber dubbed the "Where's Waldo Bandit" has struck again in Oregon.

Ryan Homsley, dubbed the "Where's Waldo Bandit" for his glasses and shirt resembling the children's book character, was released from prison last Tuesday for a bank robbery in 2010 is now wanted by police again in the robbery of a Portland bank, KPTV reported.

Police believe he robbed a U.S. Bank in Portland on Monday afternoon, handing a bank employee a note demanding money on Monday afternoon.

According to police, he made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot.

Homsley, 32, was arrested at a hospital in September 2010 after robbing a Key Bank in Tualatin. In that case, investigators said he claimed to have a bomb and left a small box and a backpack behind as he left the scene. Neither item contained explosives.

Homsley pleaded guilty to bank robbery charges in March 2012.

He was sentenced to 40 months in prison, but was granted early release with three years post-prison supervision.
