Poll: 46 is age when a woman's hairstyle should mature

According to a new survey, 46 is the cut-off age for women to trade in their long locks and ponytails for a more age appropriate hairstyle.

The number comes from Nurture Replenish’s poll of 2,000 women over the age of 40, who deemed their hair more important than their complexion and makeup at that age when it came to maturing gracefully.

The general consensus from the survey was that 46 was the age when women should opt for a shorter cut, get rid of extensions and stop bleaching their hair.
