PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – A roach on fresh bread in North Bay Village, mold in an ice machine in Miami Beach and rodent issues in Fort Lauderdale and Deerfield Beach were found by state inspectors last week.
State records show four South Florida restaurants were ordered shut by the state last week.
