MIAMI – Miami-Dade County police on Thursday released surveillance video showing a truck before it hit a man in the parking lot of a Chevron gas station on Bird Road.
The video from Sunday showed a dark-colored Chevy pick-up truck exit the gas station at 10541 SW 40th Street, then return and hit 21-year-old Ismael Hernandez.
Hernandez was taken to Kendall Regional Trauma Center, where he died.
Police said before Hernandez was hit, a group of people were arguing in the parking lot. Investigators are looking for Jose Mendoza, who is wanted for questioning in the incident.
