MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – Police detonated a suspicious package outside a Miami Beach post office Tuesday.
Miami Beach police called the Miami-Dade police bomb squad to inspect the package.
The package was in front of the steps outside the U.S. Postal Office Oceanview Branch.
Police haven't said what was inside the package.
West 40th Street was closed between Royal Palm and Sheridan avenues near the Oceanview Branch during the investigation.
