According to the Broward Sheriff's Office report, Guerrero and another person asked the victim for a lap dance and followed her to a back dance area.

When the three got to the designated dance area, Guerrero told the stripper, "Oh, you think you are all OK?" the report said.

The victim told deputies that she was confused by the statement, but heard Guerrero mention a man's name who they both knew. She said she did not know Guerrero.

A woman who claimed to be Guerrero's cousin told Local10.com that the dancer and Guerrero have had issues for several months after the dancer claimed that she had gotten pregnant by Guerrero's ex-boyfriend when she was still with him.

Lauren Alvarez claimed the dancer "taunted" and "harassed" Guerrero and told Guerrero to come to the strip club.

According to the report, Guerrero became verbally aggressive with the dancer while the other person stood in between them.

BSO deputies said Guerrero then punched the stripper and struck her across the face with a glass bottle, causing serious lacerations that required medical treatment.

Alvarez said the dancer struck Guerrero in the mouth with her shoes.

Deputies said security came in and separated the women before authorities arrived.

The dancer told deputies that she would drive herself to a hospital.
