MIAMI – No injuries were reported Thursday afternoon when a school bus caught fire on Florida's Turnpike.
The incident happened in the southbound lanes near Northwest 106th Street.

Nine students from American Heritage School and their bus driver safely escaped, according to a spokesman for the school. It's unclear what sparked the fire.
A second bus was headed to the area to take the students and the driver home.
