This big guy needs a home.
He was recently found at Amelia Earhart Park as is being fostered by a family that adores him.
"He is absolutely wonderful!! House broken, sits, gives paw and loves to play," says his foster mom. "My 12-year-old daughter has played for endless hours with him -- playing ball and Frisbee in the neighborhood."
Unfortunately, the family has a 15-year-old, blind mini pinscher named Rookie who does not want to play. Big Guy doesn't understand that and chases the little one around. He doesn't realize Rookie simply needs rest at this point in his life.
If the family can't find another foster or forever home, they have no choice but to surrender Big Guy to Miami-Dade Animal Services.
"Please help save this dogs life as I will have no other choice but to surrender him," his foster mom says. "This dog deserves a chance at life he would make a wonderful addition to any family. He cries when I leave the house and waits for me by the window. Truly wish I could keep him."
