Dog Bowl 2012 to benefit Boxer Friends, Inc.

Dog Bowl 2012 is a doggie themed fundraiser benefiting Boxer Friends, Inc., a nonprofit South Florida dog rescue group and will take place February 4th, 2012 featuring a "Best Dressed Dog" contest.
This Saturday event is open to all well behaved, leashed dogs accompanied by an adult and runs from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm at Hollywood's T.Y. Park.
"Dog Bowl" will offer contests, games and prizes including "Best Dressed Dog" "Owner/Dog Look Alike" and "Bobbing for Hot Dogs".
Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Testing will be available.
There will be vendors and other rescues with dogs available for adoption.
There will also be a K9 Frisbee demonstration by the Tropicanine Disc Club of South Florida.
A goody bag with an event t-shirt and bonus raffle ticket is available for a $10 donation. Quantities limited.
There will also be a raffle for many great prizes including a Grand Prize Raffle of a large flat screen TV.
All dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations and aggressive or unmannerly dogs may be asked to leave.
The event is free however regular weekend park admission is in effect.
