MIAMI – Dwyane Wade is known for being one of the most fashion-forward players in the NBA, and Monday night he used his style connections to outfit several well-deserving teenagers ahead of their upcoming proms.
Wade's personal stylist Calyann Barnett worked with 15 teenagers to get them each a custom suit and a luxury watch made by Hublot.
"It's important to give back and to give back to the kids," said Jean-Francois Sberro, the managing director of Hublot America. "That kind of operation makes all proud that we can give back to the community and to the kids."
Sberro would not comment on how much each of the watches were worth, but prices for new Hublot watches begin at about $10,000.
