The England men's national team will train in Miami ahead of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

England qualified for the World Cup last week after defeating Poland.

According to published reports, England will play the U.S. men's national team in a friendly in late May or early June. The U.S. booked its ticket to Brazil in September.

England and the U.S. last met in the first match of the 2010 World Cup, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

In other sports news involving England and South Florida, the NFL announced Thursday that the Miami Dolphins will play the Oakland Raiders in London in 2014.
