EXCLUSIVE: Incognito flies to LA

Dolphins lineman left MIA early Friday morning

LOS ANGELESONLY ON LOCAL 10: Richie Incognito was on the move Friday morning. The embattled Dolphins offensive lineman traveled to Los Angeles on an early flight out of Miami.

Local 10's Ross Palombo met Incognito at the gate at LAX upon arrival and said he was not going to comment as it was not "the time or the place."

Incognito stopped to get a coffee as he walked out of the airport. Despite repeated questioning, Incognito remained mostly silent saying that he appreciates the job of the media but that he wasn't going to talk.

Teammate Jonathan Martin, the target of reported bullying by Incognito, is currently with his family in Los Angeles after leaving the Dolphins on Oct. 28.

No word if Incognito, who has been suspended from the team while the NFL conducts its harassment investigation, flew to California to meet with Martin or if he is in Los Angeles on other business. When asked specifically by Palombo if he intended to visit Martin while in the city, Incognito did not comment.

Local 10 discovered a police report filed in Aventura in 2012 that accused Incognito of harassment during an official Miami Dolphins golf tournament. The unnamed woman was acting as a volunteer at the event and claims Incognito touched and rubbed against her and emptied a bottle of water in her face.

When reached by multiple Local 10 reporters, the volunteer says she cannot talk about the incident because she signed a confidentiality agreement.

Stay tuned to Local 10 for the very latest on the Incognito situation.
