MIAMI BEACN, Fla. -

Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito was involved in a fight at LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel on Miami Beach on June 10.

According to a police report, Incognito saw a friend of his fighting a security guard near the stage. He tried breaking up the fight but was punched in the face by the security guard.

The security guard told police Incognito and his friends tried getting closer to a performer who was on stage, and when he asked them to back up, a fight began.

Police issued Incognito a trespassing warning.

Dolphins officials offered no comment on the incident.

On Tuesday, the NFL suspended Houston defensive end Antonio Smith for attacking Incognito during Saturday night's preseason game.
