Is South Florida party ready?
The Miami Heat are ready for Game 7 of the NBA Finals, so South Florida is preparing for a possible after party.
At Prime 112, the silverware was polished and steaks were prepared on Thursday evening.
"We're expecting to see a lot of white shirts. We're definitely excited," said Shannon Ems with Prime 112.
After winning the title in 2012, the Heat dined at the South Beach steakhouse, then partied at LIV at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
"What was really cool about it was they had the bird's eye view of the stage and that's exactly where the team partied for four or five hours," said Jeffrey Klein with the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. "We keep this resort ready, stocked, always available for a good party."
Sergio Lopez with the Fontainebleau Miami Beach said the team bought about 50 bottles of Ace of Spades champagne.
