Kaaya was the only true freshman in the country to throw for more than 3,000 yards, 26 touchdowns and fewer than 12 interceptions. He was named Atlantic Coast Conference rookie of the year in 2014.
This is the third preseason honor that Kaaya has received this summer.
In June, Kaaya was named to both the Phil Steele and Athlon Sports preseason all-conference team.
