Nets sweep season series with Heat

Brooklyn wins 88-87

MIAMI – The Brooklyn Nets completed a season sweep of the Miami Heat winning 88-87 on Tuesday night.

In the final seconds, LeBron James drove to the basket for a slam attempt.

Brooklyn's Mason Plumlee challenged James at the basket.

No foul was called.

After the game, James looked upset and clearly thought there was contact.

The Nets improved to 4-0 on the year against the Heat.

Three of those wins were by just a single point.

James led the Heat in scoring with 29 points.

Dwyane Wade sat out for the 7th straight game with a hamstring injury.

Udonis Haslem was out with a stomach virus.

The Heat travel to Memphis to play the Grizzlies on Wednesday night.
