Panthers pick LW Lawson Crouse

Draft held in Sunrise

SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers picked LW Lawson Crouse in the NHL draft Friday night.

The Panthers had the 11th pick.

Crouse played for the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League.

Crouse, 18, led Kingston in goals (29) and points (51).

The draft was held at the BB&T Center in Sunrise.
