MIAMI – The Miami Dolphins bullying scandal should finally be resolved next week.
Michael Silver, of NFL.com, tweeted, "I'm told by a source familiar with the Ted Wells investigation that his report on the Incognito-Martin saga will likely be delivered Thursday."
