MIAMI -

On this date, the worst Louisiana storm in 100 years finally came to an end on this date in 1982. Over 18 inches of snow fell at Vinton, LA over a three day period. After visiting the state to see the destruction, President Reagan declared ten parishes in Louisiana disaster areas.THURSDAY'S WEATHER EXTREMES:
