12:12PM- Showers have developed again on the radar this afternoon mainly near the middle keys. Rain chances increase tonight as an area of low pressure in the Gulf approaches Central FL tomorrow. Today rain chances are at 20% but increase to 30% tonight and 50% Thursday. Highs remain the same near the upper 70s and lower 80s.

3:00AM - Another mild day across south Florida as the east wind continues ahead of a weak front headed in our direction. We will start in the 60s today before climbing into the upper 70s with a 20% chance of an isolated shower on the breeze. The rain chance goes up Wednesday night into Thursday as our winds shift out of the southwest.
