MIAMI -

Now that South Florida is in the track cone of Tropical Storm Isaac, people are starting to ask what they should be doing.

If you already have a hurricane plan and your supplies, you need to be thinking about how you would implement your plan if Isaac strengthens as currently forecast, continues heading toward us, and you are told by local authorities to take action.

If you have not developed your hurricane plan and have not gotten your supplies, you still have time to do this. What you don’t want to do is wait until the last minute.

If the threat does not materialize as currently forecast, you can always use your supplies next time.

Local 10’s Hurricane Survival Guide is a great resource to help you prepare.
